Workshop Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking with Tabbeybobbin Workshops! We can’t wait to create with you. To ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 7+ Days Notice: You are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable Eventbrite processing fees) or a transfer to a future workshop date.

  • Within 7 Days: We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

  • Extraordinary Circumstances: We understand that life happens. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or travel restrictions, please contact us at Tabbeybobbinworkshops@gmail.com. We consider these on a case-by-case basis, and all details remain confidential.

2. Can’t Make It? Send a Friend!

If you are within the 7-day window and cannot attend, you are more than welcome to send a friend in your place!

  • How to notify us: Please email us with your name, the workshop date, and the name/email of the person attending in your place so we can update our guest list.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to move your booking to a different date, please email us at least 7 days in advance.

  • While we always try to accommodate, please be aware that availability for other workshops may be limited.

  • During quieter periods, we may be able to arrange a "catch-up" session if a standard workshop slot isn't available.

4. Cancellations by the Organizer

  • Our Commitment: If we have to cancel (low enrollment or instructor illness), we will notify you via email immediately.

  • Your Options: You’ll receive either a 100% refund or a guaranteed spot in a future session.

    • Note: The specific process for the refund may vary slightly depending on whether you booked via Eventbrite or directly through us.

  • Third-Party Costs: Please be aware that Tabbeybobbin Workshops cannot reimburse for travel, accommodation, or other outside expenses related to the cancellation..

5. Processing & Communication

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed via Eventbrite. Refunds usually take 3–5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days.

  • If a direct bank transfer is made through my website or card machine, please allow up to 72 hours for the process to be initiated.

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

6. Photography & Social Media

We love sharing the joy of our workshops! By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use (such as Instagram or our website).

  • If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session, and we will happily respect your privacy.
